A limited number of single-session, pay-what-you-can appointments are available for individuals who identify both as:
A person with a disability
Someone with ongoing caregiving responsibilities, either professionally or personally
Disability can mean many things. You may identify as disabled if you:
Live with a diagnosed mental health condition
Are neurodivergent, including ADHD, autism, or learning differences
Manage a chronic illness, chronic pain, or autoimmune condition
Experience mobility limitations or physical health conditions
Navigate long-term impacts of trauma
Function in ways that require ongoing adaptation in systems that were not built for you
You do not need to receive government benefits, formal accommodations, or a specific diagnosis to consider yourself disabled. Many people come to this understanding through lived experience rather than paperwork.
Caregiving responsibilities may include:
Working in a helping profession such as therapy, healthcare, education, social services, hospitality work, sex work, or activism.
Providing unpaid care to a family member, partner, or dependent
Carrying sustained emotional or logistical responsibility for others’ well-being
These sessions are intended for people who are managing both their own care needs and the weight of supporting others, particularly when financial or systemic barriers make ongoing therapy difficult to access.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, you are welcome to reach out. No documentation is required. We can determine together whether this offering feels aligned.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist who has worked in both community mental health and private practice since 2018. My experience includes supporting adults through a wide range of concerns, from navigating life transitions and relational stress to managing chronic and complex mental health conditions.
I bring both professional training and lived experience as a person with a mental health disability, which informs my work with both empathy and practical understanding.
Over time, I have intentionally specialized in supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, gender identity, and burnout, particularly among helping professionals. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and grounded in real-life application.
